Altered Perception?
Has your loved one’s perception of others changed? Do they question who they are? What their value is?
Do you find yourself asking what happened? What changed, but you can’t quite put your finger on it? Are they angry at you more? Are you unable to have a conversation without an issue coming up?
It’s most like their brain being altered by the drugs. At a therapeutic dose, Serotonin receptors have an 80% occupany in the brain. Everything serotonin controls, has now been altered. This could explain why you feel gaslit. They may not be trying to gaslight you, but rather their memory is different, b/c it is their memory.
